Ratings and reviews

App doesn't close properly. Been using for years and generally the use of the app is ideal. EZ is the name of the game. Simple interface with EZ custom meat setups and Bluetooth connection that has never failed me. Only problem is, unless I exit the app while in operation a specific way, I'm left with a permanent notification that the app is running. I can't close or clear the notification unless I go back into the app and THEN go out the specific way they require.

When it works, it's great. That's the problem. When the app disconnects, you lose all the statistics, and on my Samsung Note 10+ there are certain apps that will guarantee disconnects. Launch/switch to Facebook sitting 3 feet from it? Disconnects. Launch Gmail? Disconnects. And it randomly disconnects for no discernable resaon. It's very frustrating. It's disconnected 3 times while writing this review.

Originally, I would have given this 5 stars. It worked perfectly on my Samsung S5. Thermometers work very well and are really accurate. However, I just upgraded to a Samsung S10 and now it won't update the temps and tell me when temperature is reached. It does not lose the bluetooth signal according to the icon, but temp will not update unless I close the app and reopen. I agree with other posts...app needs updated! The app makes a very good thermometer worthless.
