Can't buy the application. Trying to do that I'm getting the message "You aren't able to buy the item. Your family manager won't be able to complete this purchase for you".

I have already purchased a full version of this app through my Google account, but it is not avaliable on any othere divice. Users of this app have to pay again every time they install the same app on another divice, even if they use same google account.

I subscribed to try the game for my child. He finished it in two days..I'm trying to unsubscribe but am not able to see how to do it. Don't want to be charged since we've played all the games. Kindly help
