Log in with Bank ID and start your doctor's visit with us. You pay the patient fee of SEK 200. If you have a free pass, the visit costs nothing.
The doctor's visit begins by answering a questionnaire that takes about 30 minutes to complete. You can pause and come back later, but be sure to have plenty of time when you start.
Your form will then be sent to one of our specialist doctors who will analyze your answers. The specialist doctor will then feedback to you, possibly with a few supplementary questions. The goal is to come back within 2-3 business days. Communication is via chat, but sometimes calls over video or phone may be needed.
