When you open a number of orders, when we exit and enter after an hour, the orders are not displayed. Please check the orders that have not been activated yet, this is the problem.

It looks like an issue for our Support team, please contact them from your chart: open "More" menu and find a "Help Center" button at the bottom. Choose the category "Mobile apps". We kindly ask you to start your ticket as "The problem is redirected from Google Play". Thank you!
