A paella is a small gastronomic wonder to share with family and friends. When it is good, there is not a single grain left over. But making an authentic Valencian (Spanish) paella that is tasty and also has the right firmness just right is not straightforward, as the technique for cooking Valencian 'dry rice' dishes on a paella has no equivalent in any other cuisine.

This free (and ad-free) app will let you achieve a superb authentic Valencian (chicken&rabbit, though you can lose the rabbit) paella in an (almost) infallible way

Paella Infalible includes:

- Tools and accessories
- List of ingredients that automatically calculates amounts as a function of the number of people, portion size and the size of the pan
- Step-by-step recipe that is easy to follow. It includes altitude correction for the rice boiling time, which becomes an issue over 500m above sea level
- Recommended paella pan diameters (manufacturers' recommendations are most often wrong)
