Bis zum letzten "großartigen" Update hat alles funktioniert. Dass mit dem Update keine Offline Karten mehr herunter geladen werden können, das macht die App meiner Meinung nach überflüssig. Zudem wurden nicht alle meine Cities wiederhergestellt. Es fehlen nach wie vor drei Städte. Der Support ist zwar bemüht, aber eine Lösung nicht in Sicht. Und ein Abomodell einzuführen, obwohl man schon fix für Städte bezahlt hat, finde ich frech. Ich verzichte in Zukunft gerne auf diese App.

Hi Johann, Yes, indeed, we have some incidental issues. You've seen via email our team does everything to help you as well as we can. A survey showed that 92% do not consider offline maps a requirement, as almost everyone uses roaming in Europe, or buys a data bundle. I'll recheck what happened with your purchases and get back asap - Jorn
