Even in environments where network is not available、such as the Internet、you can use a Walkie Talkie to send and receive text messages or voices with each other。
Voice can also be recorded as a separate WAV file、and voice recognition and translation services can be used as needed。
Voice recognition and translation can use Google Cloud Platform API。 （However、users need to sign up for service with Google）
