I've my plan purchased 120GB, paid RM 200 yearly, but now I've used 3GB, can't use my balance data 7GB out of 10GB monthly refreshed. I've got reply after inquiry that technical team will reply in 24-48hrs on 9/9/2019, but no reply till now. I can send messages only as BASIC Internet. I've another phone line, tunetalk 120 GB yearly paid RM 200 also getting same problem as messages only can send. I don't know how to solve since cs does not give. My data plantar refreshed but situation is same,,,
