Zamil Air Conditioners , a sector business of Zamil Industrial, is the largest manufacturer of air conditioners in the Middle East. The company manufactures and markets the complete range of air conditioners, from room air conditioners to packaged units to large chillers for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Founded in 1974, Zamil Air Conditioners was one of the first air conditioning companies to be established in Saudi Arabia. Today, the company produces about one million air conditioners per year. Aside from its head office and two manufacturing plants in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, the company also has production facilities in India & Italy. The company supplies air conditioning products to over 55 countries across the world, with its major markets located in the GCC, Middle East, North Africa, Europe and Asia.
Zamil Air Conditioners is the first Middle Eastern company to achieve the prestigious AHRI certification (Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute, USA). The company is also ISO 9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 (Environment Management) and OHSAS 18001:2007 (Occupational Safety) certified with many of its products tested and approved by Eurovent, AHRI, SASO, ESMA & UL.
