HolisTech™ Smart is a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed specifically to run on ‘Smartphones’ & ‘Tablets’ as an accompanying app to the HolisTech™ Web CMMS.
HolisTech™ Smart does not need a permanent connection to the internet to function due to its innovative and automated syncing functionality, allowing you to use the software when you have no internet connectivity or very limited bandwidth.
HolisTech™ Smart includes the following core modules:
• Work Control and Management
• Equipment Failures
• Work Orders
• Help Desk Request
• Calendar Based Planned Maintenance
• Meter Based Planned Maintenance
• Resource Management
• Inventory Management
• Kitting Lists / Bill of Materials
• Attachments (Use the device camera or upload saved images)
• Barcoding for Task and Inventory Management
• Security
• Fully integrated with HolisTech™ Web our full blown web/browser based CMMS
HolisTech™ Smart compliments our suite of existing CMMS software perfectly, by offering customers yet more choice when it comes to mobile CMMS deployment and global accessibility of our applications.
As part of the development of HolisTech™ Smart we drafted up front a set of 'Founding Principles' as bulleted below to ensure customers have the best possible experience from the application:
• HolisTech™ Smart is an end-user and not a system administrator application
• HolisTech™ Smart is a cross platform application designed specifically to run on ‘Smartphones’ and ‘Tablets’
• HolisTech™ Smart is a ‘Responsive Design’ and fits any resolution presenting on the end user device
• HolisTech™ Smart works off line with ‘automatic syncing’ upon connection to the internet via 3G, 4G or Wi-Fi
• HolisTech™ Smart includes bar-code (1D, 2D & QR) reading capabilities for enhanced task and stock management functionality
