With OnTask you just get the tools you need:
1: Schedule
* Easily schedule tasks on you phone - set the date and time and it will come up on the day
* Tasks don't get lost. They will keep reappearing as overdue until done or deleted.
2: Checklists
* Add checklists to each task. As many as you need.
* Tick-off each item and get sign-off if required
* Checklists can be used for toolbox talks, SWiMS or any Health and Safety
* Use templates or create new checklists
3: Attachments
* Store all your attachments with the task so they can be found
* Take pics before and after the job
* Attach photos, documents and PDFs
* Add notes to each task.
4: Navigation
* Linked to maps for easy navigation to each job location.
5: Quotes and Invoices
* Create professional quotes which you can easily turn into invoices later on.
* Generate quick and easy PDF invoices on the spot and email them directly to clients.
6: Delegation
* Don’t have the time? No worries, forward the task to someone else.
7: Tracking
* Record your time spent per day and on each task.
* Capture electronic client signatures to confirm job completion.
