Unable to log in using subscription credentials which work fine on the website. Customer services tells you they might need five days to reply to your e-mail, while in fact they need at least five days. To reply, not to fix, that is. So from the print, web, app package you only get two out of three. Shamelessly substandard.

I have been mailing back and forth with the publisher for over a month with the publisher and still not able to log in to the app. Support sucks, it's like starting all over again trying to explain the problem. Asked for a refund on my subscription. If you want Wired, just buy the magazine.
