Irukkaa is launched to help blue-collar industry people to find jobs, resources, labour at ease.
Using Irukkaa App, people can register themselves as resource owners/labourers or both and look for opportunities either to find a job or post a job to get them fulfilled.
How does this application help the blue-collar sector?
Those in need of labour or machines can post a new job with the exact requirement of job location, job date, duration, required machines/labor, description along with the preferred location. Once a job is posted Irukkaa app would notify all users who have the necessary resources/skills to perform the job. Users can then login into the application to apply for the job post and upon confirmation from the farmers, labour can engage in the job.
Does this application only help for Farming/Agriculture sector?
Irukkaa App would be extended to other Industries like Construction, Textiles, hotels, Manufacturing, Service and others.
Irukkaa App also helps users promote any products they would like to sell to the community within their locality.
