This App will facilitate service related activities like recording vehicle entry, opening jobcard, securing customer approval, capturing service feedback, recording vehicle exit etc. This App also have a lot of supporting features like Customer 360, Service History, critical notifications related to the vehicle, customers feedback collections including voice recordings etc. This App ensures better interactions and engagement in front of the vehicle itself, saves customers’ and customer advisors’ time.
