Hello dear Ileana. Thanks for your feedback. You can use the free content that you unlocked with your code, as well as other free instructions in the application (each set contains one free instruction). Also if the instructions were unlocked with a code and connected to your social account, you can easily restore the instructions.

Bună ziua, mi-am mai instalat HEY CLAY și îmi zicea Ceva nu funcționează corect în HEY CLAY.Și am mai trimis o recenzie. Și operatorul nu a răspuns!

Hello dear Ioana. Thank you for the feedback.The HEY CLAY app is compatible with Android 5.0 or later. Also, the device should have at least 4GB of RAM for the correct operation of the app. Check if you have enough memory on your phone. Please send a video of the screen showing which stage the application crashes to our email support@hey-clay.com
