Easy tracking exercise, food, sleep or anything else, into a spreadsheet file.

Spinneroo is a reconfigurable app for tracking anything. It is setup with default categories: Sleep, Food, Exercise, Stress, Successes, Working, Study, Health, Meditating, and Social.
In daily use, the user simply presses on the down-arrow under a category and makes a choice from the drop-down box. As the user selects choices from some or all of the categories, the record that will be stored in the spreadsheet file is presented to the user. When the user is satisfied with the data entered, they press the SAVE button. The data are then time-stamped and saved in the spreadsheet file called, logbook.csv.
Setup:
The user can accept, or rename any of these 10 categories simply by typing over them. The user also adds the choices for each category. This is accomplished by "long-pressing" on the category name and added a choice. For example, by long pressing on "Sleep" the user can add "8 hours" as one of the choices under "Sleep". Other choices can be added, such as "6 hours" etc. In this manner the user can customize the entire app.
