ATL stands for All Things Legal

When we came up with the name we wanted to pinpoint exactly what we offer for our clients.

This boiled down to one easy to describe exclusion.

There is no limit to what we can do for you (so long as it is legal)

OUR AFFILIATES

We have built unique relationships with the businesses, service providers and suppliers that make it to our preferred list and are open to working with any business that suits your needs.

Our preferred partners go through a 25 point vetting process to ensure their company, values, and service promise are aligned with our expectations and exceed your expectations.

We ensure a price parity across our platform and our partners, there's no need to shop around.

SERVICE FEES

We charge a flat-rate service fee that is flexible according to the service we are providing which is as follows:

> 10% - Services with a cost of $10 to $10k
> 9% - Services with a cost of $10k to $30k
> 7% - Services with a cost of $30 to $50k
> 5% - Services with a cost of $50 to $100k++
**Credit card processing fees are included - CC processing fees are generally 2.9%

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note the following fees for cancellation of requests:

> $5 to $20 - Services with a cost of $10 to $10k
> $10 to $30 - Services with a cost of $10k to $30k
> $25 to $40 - Services with a cost of $30 to $50k
> $35 to $50 - Services with a cost of $50 to $100k++

Once we receive any inquiry that involves getting our community to serve you (except technical issues with the platform) this constitutes your agreement to our cancellation policy - the amount is determined by the time spent processing the request.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

We offer a tiered membership for all of our community members.
Aside from the ability to vote and share in profits we also provide the following:

Associate Membership - after 10+ Asks per calendar year - dedicated assistant for all requests
Partner Membership - after 25+ Asks per calendar year - dedicated assistant for all requests, 1% discount on the service fee
Chairman Membership - after 50+ Asks per calendar year - dedicated assistant for all requests, 2% discount on the service fee

FOR AMBASSADORS

As a community member we want to offer you the opportunity to grow with us.

Note that as our service fees are one of our only forms of revenue. We put the fees towards the technical maintenance of our platform and cost to scale. All profits of ATL are distributed equally per Ambassadors who hold A Coin. Note ATL has zero salaried executives/employees. Our operating expenses at the time of writing this is less than $100.

1 USD = 1 A Coin which is required of all members at the time of registration.

Active Ambassadors are paid out on a monthly basis for commissions and gratuities. Service fees and ancillary fee payouts are paid out yearly and are based on our profitability as a community.

*A Coin are not transferable. Not traded.

**You may not withdraw A Coin.

During our launch phase we will be offering special access to all users based on the following criteria:

100 coin’s to first 100 community members
50 coin’s to first 1000
25 coin’s to first 10000
12 coin’s to first 100000
5 coin’s to first 1000000
1 coin to each member afterwards

Note the cost would still be 1 USD per coin and the offering is optional and time limited to the point we reach 1000000 members. Afterwards no more than one coin per user would be available. Duplicate accounts will not be tolerated and may result in the deactivation or suspension of your account.

Coins offer ambassadors the ability to vote on how we spend service fees and carry out operations. Note any additional coins attained through this offer would not increase your voting power but simply increase your payout.
