OVID My Office is a unique QR code based Attendance Management System Software. It is designed for all businesses small and medium or large. It helps you get rid of the buggy and high maintenance Biometric Machines and Card readers. It is highly secure and has multi factor authentication. Each user is configured with their personal mobile device and also the location of both the devices is captured for all audit purposes. It will help us get rid of e-waste generated because of these extra attendance machines at the offices worldwide. You can configure multiple machines at the office for QR code display. Staff can then scan QR code on any of these Mobiles from their personal mobiles, configured by the HR against their Employee No. The user also gets to see his attendance logs of the past 1 month by each date. Employees also can work peacefully without worrying if their attendance is recorded properly or not. The QR code is entirely different on different mobile devices and it also changes every few seconds.
You can use this app to manage a business with Staff size of 2 or 20000.

OVID - My Office is a business app for Capturing Staff Attendance using QR code without the need for Card Readers, Barcode Readers , Biometric Devices.
In this we introduce you to a new system where there are Organization Devices where QR code is shown. They can be both Apple or Android Phones or Tablets or iPads. And then Staff uses their Personal Mobiles to scan the QR code to record their attendance. Browser app is there for configuration , reports ,device approvals etc.
