KNOWN ISSUE(S)

1. On certain devices, the initial APP setup ...
a. keeps repeating each time it starts -or-
b. appears to have finished but without any final confirmation message

A dialog box should appear confirming successful download and the ready for off-line use status. If this was not the case, please go to your device’s SETTINGS > APP > thisApp > Clear Cache and Clear Storage then restart APP to try again. Repeat this process if needed.

2. Search works after initial APP setup but returns no results whenever APP is restarted
Follow the previous step to resolve this issue.

Additionally,
a. Turn OFF any VPN App may also help to resolve this installation issue (unsuccessful first time setup).

b. Try to uninstall and re-install the APP then repeat previous steps.
