It is not working well. Not able to login. How can I use it to watch live football. Kindly assist on it

Hi Chris. Thanks for getting in touch and sorry about your frustrating experience. May I have ask - have you completed the initial sign-up process? For live football, you will be to use the DStv Now app which will give you the best possible viewing experience. You will need to be a DStv subscriber for that. I trust that helps. Regards, Karien
