If you need to convert minutes to a decimal hour, this will do the job by entering the minutes divided by 60 (such as 31/60). I suggest this app be copied and modified into another app for time-to-decimal conversion, so it would save a lot of time for the users to enter "/60" for each conversion. Better still, it would be even more helpful if the users can specify the number of decimal places to be rounded to.
