Mayelana nalolu hlelo lokusebenza

Ukulandelelwa kokuhlolwa kwe-Cross Training ngezindlela ezimbili zomsebenzi. Uhlelo lokusebenza luhlanganisa isibali sikhathi esilungisekayo ku-AMRAP (amanqamu amaningi ngangokunokwenzeka) kanye nesitophuwashi NGESIKHATHI. Uhlelo lokusebenza lwenza kube lula ukuphatha ukuqapha umsebenzi weqembu labasebenzi ngedivayisi eyodwa ngokuzimela.
Ngokunyakaza ngakunye, amaleveli amathathu obunzima anenani elihlukile lephoyinti ayanikezwa. Ukulandelana kokunyakaza kwenziwa ngendlela oyifisayo kuzo zombili izinhlobo zomsebenzi.
Uhlelo lokusebenza lunikeza ukulungiselelwa okuzenzakalelayo kwezivivinyo ezimbili ngokukhetha ukunyakaza kanye nenani lokuphindaphinda (abafana namantombazane). Kungenzeka ukuthi udale izivivinyo zakho (ubude, ukunyakaza kanye nenani lokuphindaphinda).
Uhlelo lokusebenza lwenza kube nokwenzeka ukuphatha odokotela abangafika kwabangu-5, abafana noma amantombazane, ukusindisa imiphumela ekupheleni kokuhlolwa kokuqala bese uqhubeka nemiphumela egciniwe ukuhlolwa kwesibili nokugcina imiphumela ephelele.
