1) sebenzisa amathuluzi okulawula ubungozi e-HSE:
· Ithuluzi lokuhlola amashadi okusingatha ngesandla (MAC).

· ukuhlola ubungozi bethuluzi lokusunduza nokudonsa (i-RAP).

4) funda ukuphatha ubungozi kanye nokuhlola ubungozi:
· izinyathelo ezidingekayo zokuphatha ubungozi
· Isifanekiso sokuhlola ubungozi kanye nezibonelo
· izingozi ezivamile zasemsebenzini
· imininingwane eyengeziwe ekulawuleni ubungozi
5) phenya izingozi nezigameko zasemsebenzini:
• umthetho uthi kufanele wenzeni?

· kufanele luqale nini uphenyo?
· lubandakanyani uphenyo?

· izinhlangano ezinosayizi omaphakathi, ezinezindawo eziningi
