Ratings and reviews

My games won't load sometimes. I click on an in-progress game and I just get a spinning circle. Sometimes watching my daily games ads will get things moving but more often than not, I have to keep closing and restarting. I think it might be the challenge items at the top making the game "get stuck". Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help either.

While I mostly like playing the game, it often cheats me out of the rewards that are promised. For instance it will say that I have like several hours to start 10 new games with friends, so I do as it says and after being "out" those 10 boards I do not get the reward promised. I tried going to the "help and support" link but it does not work. I am done spending money on this game! <<<<<>>>>> The Kryss support team has made the problem right and awarded me the reward as was due. THX!

I enjoy the game but have never been able to successfully connect with an opponent on Expert. Game sometimes stalls on ads or entering quick play but closing out and going back seems to do the trick and I've never lost my game progress as a result. I'd consider the paid version if it were less expensive. Subscription cost just doesn't align with the added benefits, especially since it isn't unlimited play.
