add claims there is no waiting but every time you make a video it tells you a 10 minute wait time. made 1 video, tried a 2nd and have been waiting over an hour for it (currently says it will email me when it's complete). also tells you subscription is $19.99 but it doesn't tell you, you only get so many credits to use for videos. I spent 150 credits on 3 videos that I never received so my subscription has been canceled. don't waste your time and money here getting ripped off like I did.

not a great app or company. routinely my "ads" wouldn't render and I was told "the queue is full"... as in the system couldn't handle the load of all users! they randomly and spontaneously take credits away without notice or reason, won't roll credits - and heck, they just canceled our subscription and told us by email with a caveat we could get it back but use it until it expired. we go to use it, and it's not usable! find someo thing else.

I really liked the video the app made for me, but I still haven't figured out how to download onto Facebook or Instagram, and the FAQ section is of no help. Apparently the only support available is through their e-mail. As far as the credit system goes, you get 7 credits for the "basic package," and they only charge one credit per commercial they create so I don't mind it considering what it does for you. Overall I like it. Perhaps down the road they might consider a more expedient support syst
