add claims there is no waiting but every time you make a video it tells you a 10 minute wait time. made 1 video, tried a 2nd and have been waiting over an hour for it (currently says it will email me when it's complete). also tells you subscription is $19.99 but it doesn't tell you, you only get so many credits to use for videos. I spent 150 credits on 3 videos that I never received so my subscription has been canceled. don't waste your time and money here getting ripped off like I did.

not a great app or company. routinely my "ads" wouldn't render and I was told "the queue is full"... as in the system couldn't handle the load of all users! they randomly and spontaneously take credits away without notice or reason, won't roll credits - and heck, they just canceled our subscription and told us by email with a caveat we could get it back but use it until it expired. we go to use it, and it's not usable! find someo thing else.

I signed up four months ago and can't even find my stories for reply to my comments. my accounts was charged but there's no account found when I complained. and found account unpaid or payments was declined. Because, I was charged in two different payment accounts for the same service twice. I cancelled one now no one can find where I paid! this is difected and need improvement!
