Ratings and reviews

Great app with a lot of leads. Edited to 1 star. Every single time it loses its username and password and I have to enter it manually.

I have been using this app since it started with us paying monthly fees. Everything was going well until lost 3 months that no one has ever answered my calls or emails in regarding why i cant make a monthly payments and been charge for something i didn't use. Need help or i will NOT use the app again and will give bad reference to not having good communication one there is a problem needs to be fixed. Also when i write a quote to send.it says cant have number in the quote , which i never put.

Whatever happened to your 'edit reviews" feature that was promised to be rolled out months ago? Their Support had me send my review directly to them and said they will post it for me, instead they completely wiped it out from my profile! And they won't respond to emails either. Update- Support has been quick to respond after this, they fixed the issue promptly and I appreciate the attention given to this matter. Thank you to the support team of quote it!
