The app is extremely basic, and lacks many basic user friendly tools. no 1. no transaction history...why?? . 2. cant save favourite wallet addresses for sending, have to input addresses newly everytime. address verification for receiving has to be done over and over even if receiving from the same person. have a save function atleast for sending and receiving. these are so basic but so irritating that I want to dump Luno all together!

I do not understand why the “Add BVN” prompt continues to appear even though I have completed the process multiple times. Customer support has been unable to rectify the issue and repeatedly states, “We have escalated the issue to our technical team.” How many weeks will it take before this issue is resolved?

They are limited on crypto options. WLFI is not on this platform. The signals are not in sink, and when you buy on certain amount they add over estimate on the original price + the commissions on top of it will be deducted. Transactions are expensive.
