Redundant, requires energy to play. That's fine, but you don't get enough energy to even enjoy the game for that long. Each level takes about a minute to clear, and 1 energy. Looks like the energy replenishes 1 an hour. So no more than 24 levels in a day. I'm on level 70 something and still on my first timeline. On the plus side, I haven't had ads to deal with. Regardless, I'll be uninstalling.

The gameplay is fun enough, but the scaling into the later timelines is a bit harsh. This normally wouldn't be a big deal, except that there is a big in one of the modes (Battle) where a large amount of your attacks just slip through enemies, not hitting anything, making it nearly impossible without perfect RNG. If/When this gets fixed, I'll move this to 4 stars. EDIT: Also the late game scaling gets screwed when cards stop scaling and you waste pulls.

Like most of these games, 1 ad after every match, but honestly, it's probably one of my favorites out of this style of games. I would buy ad free (though 8$ is a bit much). My biggest gripe is the fact you only store up 10 energy at a time, and it's like 45mins to an hour to restore 1 energy once you use them all, and you use the 10 energy in like 45mins. So why would I pay for ad free when I can only play for less than an hour at a time. figure that out, and I'll give 5 stars.
