Completely useless. If you're a foreigner with a residence permit you STILL can't register, as your foreigner's ID number is rejected. The app is full of bugs too: for example the option for the app to photograph an ID card or driving licence fails badly, and the form for entering an address sticks in a loop. Bulgaria is famous for excellent software engineers, but none of them worked on this app.

Amazing app! Lots of personal data in it, so I really REALLY hope that your security is good. Really user friendly, all the options I need! Suggestion: When you initially open the app, it shows you the insurance status of the cars you have in the app. Awesome! It would be really nice if just below each insurance policy in small text you have the yearly checkup expiration date and the road tax expiration date. Sort of like a quick view or a drop-down menu. All the best!

Was happy to find this app to keep all car related data in one place and to check for potential unpaid tickets. I started filling out the registration for the car (all good) and then moved on to the registration of the driver. However that part only works with a Bulgarian EGN and not with the personal number you are given as a foreign resident. Nevermind you are already a client with a registered Bulgarian company 🙄. After calling them they confirmed this. So not useful for foreigners.
