My Signings empowers Signing Agents to:

· Reduce calls with Amrock by messaging the company directly
· Give status updates to where they are in the signing process
· Accept or decline available appointments in their surrounding area
· Access client contact information and type of closing
· Utilize GPS directions to signing appointments
· Update/Add their license and insurances right on the app


Signing Agents can instantly update their statuses when:
· Collecting borrower funds
· Completing a closing
· Dropping off documents

Great app when it works. But it gets time out too frequently and my notifications always come in late (30 second to 1 minute after my iPad). What is worse is the app stopped working tonight, it keeps saying there is an error connecting to my apps version number and can't download config file. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a couple times. Same issue. I even tried restarting my phone. Now I can't accept orders and it's costing me $$$. So frustrating.

Notification of possible job in my service area & nothing appears. I have the app open all day & nothing shows when the notification sound goes off. I find it hard to believe someone responded within milli seconds. This has been an ongoing issues for months for me. I have the current version of the app. Why does it not show any info?

I don't know what is going on with the system but I think remote closings are getting delayed. I don't expect to grab every closing but to miss 10 remotes in a day because you were a quarter second slow when they appear seems like there is more going on then just my reflexes. Update 03/18/2021 Looks like the app is starting to work better again closings are not gone in a split second anymore for remotes.
