got it to operate video doorbell. It's practically useless, when someone rings the doorbell it makes an almost inaudible notification noise which doesn't repeat. If you don't have the phone right next to you, you'll miss the call. No option to change notification sound or increase volume or make it repeat. Video doorbell is practically useless with this app.

The app was working very well about 80% of the time, this morning it updated itself and now nothing works, it won't connect, can't find any devices and keeps losing the wifi password. I have 4 smart lights, 6 smart plugs and some peripherals that will all be going in the recycling bin. Life is to short to spend hours trying to connect a "smart" device to an unusable app.

Initially setting it up took a few attempts, once set up was fine. I was away for a few days recently, came home and it just wouldn't connect and kept saying 'device offline' so I forgot the bulb to add it again and now all it does is flash. I have followed the steps and it just won't connect at all. Driving me mad!! That actual app itself when the bulb works is great, I absolutely love the bulb when it works and am gutted it is no longer working ☹
