Sept 2025 update: Buggy behavior in the manuscript editor is constant in spite of frequent updates. The latest issue: the editor bar is missing (with formatting controls) and the editor scrolls the cursor to the top of the screen out of view. I do love being able to work on my writing on mobile—when it works. I really wish it could be more reliable.

It demands you change your password every time you try to log in. I refuse to change passwords. It's simple or nothing. people don't get hacked using simple one word passwords. They get hacked using big "strong passwords." I speak from personal experience. And if they use ways to quickly find specific ones on a list of "data breaches", I don't want this app anywhere near my stuff.

Love it! I've been using it for years now. It's not without flaws, but there are frequent updates and it's easy to reach out to support, they're very friendly and helpful. It's just a bit laggy on mobile when you edit text, and custom zoom options would be nice on PC. Other than those little things, great app! It's worth buying everything for on PC and has customizable plans so you only buy what you actually need and will use. The reviews are too salty about such minor things.
