Ordered 2 lunch sets through app at 11:03am, arrived 10 min later to find that the Spaghetti Bolognese is not ready. Waited for ~7 more min after they served order #497 before I asked if they forgot my order #490, only to be told it would take 10 more min. DON'T PUT ITEMS ON THE MENU IF THEY ARE NOT READY UNTIL 30MIN LATER.

e coupons cannot be used! when one presses on available e coupon it does not show QR code, only terms and conditions or button to share by sending or taking photo.

It's so slow it's unbelievable. I was already at the actual store before I could load my meal and pay. What's the point of investing into an app. Just invest in a website that works instead. Rubbish app that doesn't work properly. the only redeeming thing is that it can load up your account code in an instant.
