About this app

The CyberArk Identity mobile app provides you with secure access to all your organization’s applications and resources from your Android device. By using the CyberArk Identity mobile app, you get:

• Single sign-on (SSO) access to all your cloud and on-premise apps while giving IT the security and compliance they need.
• Easy-to-use adaptive multi-factor authentication (MFA) to better protect corporate data. Choose from single-tap one-time passcodes or push notifications to mobile devices and smartwatches.
• Secure access to corporate email, mobile apps, VPN and Wi-Fi (if enrolled into MDM service).
• Separation of your personal and company apps and data via Android for Work (if enrolled into MDM service).

Before installing this app, please verify that your company has licensed for necessary services from CyberArk. If your company has licensed necessary Identity services, all you will need is the authentication credentials that you normally use to log into your company’s CyberArk Identity portal.

This app may use the Device Administrator permissions, if your company has enrolled into MDM services.

It crashes All. The. Time. While searching, while doing nothing, while setting the login URL after deleting cache and storage data... It's more convenient to lookup a company password on the device that's already in my pocket, but when I can only get it reliably <50% of the time, I'm just going to be opening my laptop and taking a picture of the password there... Pixel 8 Android 14, everything's current.

For a couple of months now, hitting the back button on the app pulls up the last (already approved) authentication request. Approving or declining didn't work, obviously, because the request is old and results in "failure". Thought the last update fixed it but apparently not. It's a little annoying every time to see a "duplicate" request while quitting the app. This happens when the app is opened following a notification, not just opening the app for itself.

The app works really well for me to see what is going with my grades, email, etc. However, they need to fix the problem they have with android phones because it will not pull anything because it says it is not supported by the browser. Overall, it's a good and useful app. The bug or whatever it is having right now needs to be fixed so I can see my grades, please!
