To use the Chaffey FCU app, you must be enrolled as a Chaffey FCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

It's gotten better since I first reviewed it, but it still needs work as far as stability goes. I'm happy they started supporting Zelle, and at least the inconveniences are grounded in security, not bad app design. OLD REVIEW: I'd love to tell you what's wrong, but SYNC FAILED. I could mention how SYNC FAILED or when the SYNC FAILED. But I guess I'll at least mention how SYNC FAILED.

Latest version of the app is problematic, has lots of sync failers and it doesn't do a good job of keeping tack on how much you spend, before the update it was great never had a problem. It told you an accurate amount on how much you spend, now you really have to pay attention or you might overspend. So hope they fix the app only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

I changed my phone number, I forgot it was connected to the aithnacation process. They helped with getting it disconnected. Yay! However when I logged back in the app IS trying to force me to create a new 2nd authentication process before I can change my number. So I can no longer login to fix this. I as a account holder should have the choice to enable or keep disabled.
