UPDATING: I'm updating to 5 stars. Customer service was pretty quick to respond after I sent them an email, and my issue was resolved in probably less than an hour. Thank you Ground News staff for being so quick and helpful. It WAS 5 stars, but now the app just won't work. I can't sign in at all. I've followed the steps that the help articles provide. Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I may have to cancel my subscription. Bummer this was one of my go to's for news 😕

Best source for the news by far. Very unique and you will not miss a single story. I love the ability to filter the headlines by left, center, or right. I was thinking it would be really nice to have more options to filter through especially for everything outside of politics. for example; sensational/neutral, opinion/straight reporting, positive/negative framing, and even independent journalism/corporate journalism.

The app functions, but the bias and factuality breakdowns are AI generated, hard to verify, and frequently not present at all. It aggregates articles, but it's kind of hard to tell how the algorithm decides which ones to include, because a quick web search will often turn up sites it didn't mention. It doesn't so much make it easier to find and be sure of facts as it provides access to and summarizes opinions and non-news that I was trying to avoid in the first place.
