They told me I could stop making minimum payments, they were in negotiations that was July, its September they are still in negotiations and the collection calls are almost nonstop from 7am until I go to bed at 9pm every night. Not worth it

It's trash. I keep trying to log in, and it keeps saying invalid credentials. And I've changed my password several times, and nothing. This app is trash

It's nice to have everything in one place. I don't have to guess how long it will take me to pay the loan off.
