I have used Goodbudget for more than 8 years - after trying dozens of other apps. The recent issue with the Transactions page and Envelopes page showing different balances is the 1st issue that I've experienced. They responded and resolved it quickly, so the issue was short-lived. I've seen comments about an outdated UI. I'm outdated, too, so I appreciate that the UI doesn't change every few weeks. If it ain't broke, don't "fix" it. For me, it simply works - simply.

I have been using this since 2013. It does exactly what I need. They support you with issues even if you are only using the free version. I do wish there was an option to buy it once and use a Google Drive backup or something similar instead of their servers.I can't bring myself to pay monthly/yearly for a budgeting app when there are so many free and open-source options that exist. This just happens to be my favorite. Thanks for over a decade of use, Goodbudget team! ❤️💵🧾

I've been trying to live off my unsupported YNAB app for years. Finally it died and I did research on what switch to. Good Budget has surpassed YNAB in almost every aspect. It's cheaper and more efficient. I'm really happy I went with it. Developers: please please change the transaction entries to include decimal points automatically so I just enter numbers. Don't make me enter a decimal point. This is really the only change I would want from this app.
