no body responds. took the pictures at Winter city expo dec. 6 and told us that it will be available in the application after 2 hours. i came back to the kiosk coz it is still unavailable. was told 3hours... its already more than 3hrs and yet it is not available. sent email as instructed that if i dont get my pictures in the app which is too much inconvinient to the customer. no body assit as they will respond in the email after 3 days which is very frustrating. they should do better on this

Very bad, I visited Night Safari and bought a photo package, which they said includes digital copies. They gave me a card with the qr code and claim ID. After using the qr code to install the app then try to claim the digital photos, but it never works. The worst part is that when I try to report missing photos, the app even don't have Night Safari as an option. Trying to find a way to file a complaint to Singapore authorities, does anyone know where to go?

Update: So, I found a solution on how to claim the photos. What I did was made a report on the app and the team would extend the expiry date. The next step is to open the link directly on pc. The website runs as it should be. This app doesn't. I didn't know the website exist but thank God it does. Claimed all my photos in HD. Thank you team. Claimed my photo but all I got is a blank canvas, forever waiting the photo to load but it won't. The staff from Snow World Genting said I could claim this within one month time, but apparently it's only two weeks. Wasted my money. In short, can't claim the photo. Even if i could, it's blank. Useless.
