On occasion the app works. Most of the time it forces me to log out and log back in every time I want to view cameras or see my appointments. It struggles to recognize family access to the point I've had to contact support to reset my account. Resetting my password gives a "link expired" as soon as I try to change my password. all in all the app is a complete waste of time for me.

I love the idea of the app but it's way too buggy, I have to request IT help like once a month (especially after the major update). For the same issues. Also no screenshots or screen recordings are allowed anymore, which is sad to me, as selfish as it sounds. For such a big company, I'm surprised the official app doesn't run more smoothly.

Handy app however when I first request appointments they show as pending until they are presumably confirmed by staff and then completely disappear from the app and it shows no upcoming appointments. I don't receive any other confirmation so just have to assume that the appointments were confirmed if they disappear and show up anyway. After my dogs are picked up at the end of the day, they show up again as past appointments. This has been an issue since we first registered.
