I didn't subscribe after the trial because the app constantly reminds you that you didn't finish the entire lesson and encourages you to go back and redo sections. For someone getting back up to speed after a break, this is so annoying. I really need to be able to move forward at my own pace and not be constantly prompted to finish something that is too easy or already understood. I suggest the devs add an option to skip or mark something done manually.

I've been using it a few days and it's alright. Definitely some really cool aspects of it but the music recognition has too many issues and the listen function typically lags and then speeds up really fast to catch up. I don't think it's something I'd be willing to pay $125 for a yearly subscription given those issues.

there is no customer service accessible as far as I can tell. the note recognition feature works terribly and keeps stopping the piece midway even though we're playing it correctly. Midi connection won't work in our case. so I had hoped this touted note recognition tech would work for us. nope. and you can't turn it off either. regretting this purchase.
