Previously this app was always useful and user friendly, but recently get super frustrated upon ticket purchasing! After key in the payment details with my HL GSC credit card, the process loading for super long and payment still couldn't proceed. I retry many times in 11 hours also the same! At last I only can proceed payment with ShopeePay. Just now when I want to purchase the ticket again, same issue but even frustrated, I selected the voucher upon payment, but the total amount still the same

An app that not letting you redeem the free ticket rewards voucher easily. It only working correctly when pay with full amount, will facing problem whenever want to use rewards voucher or promo voucher code. Too much troubles and time wasted on buying tickets with offer, reported to customer service but they don't bother to check details, just reply with standard template. Feel so bad. I will put GSC be my last choice moving forward.

dont make an app when it cant have full potential and functionality, fix the simple basic problem -can't check purchase history movie watched -categorize searching base on area showing up at the top rather than having to scroll forever to find the movie theater you want to go to (at least give a search bar) it's not hard to implement -is the software engineer brain dead to brainless
