Fix the login page!! Couldn't login with my email and password due to an "unregistered account" error message, knowing that I've already registered and purchased from the web with this account. Also, logging in with other social media accounts isn't possible.

I booked 5 tickets for an event it got postponed the first time the second it got cancelled I requested a refund they took about 3 days to approve it, now still got nothing it's been a month, if you sent an email you will get a response in 3 to 7 business day. This is a joke not a business any creator should not work with them if he care about their following.

IT'S A SCAM, they don't refund, be careful, DO NOT BUY TICKETS THROUGH THIS PLATFORM.
