Ratings and reviews

This tool is a huge efficiency boost for healthcare professionals (Scribe, messaging, directory are great). ​However, the patient experience is disjointed—we use non-user-friendly NHS links, not a proper app. ​To truly cut down on "tons of calls and misunderstanding," a dedicated, secure Accurx Patient App is desperately needed. Please give patients an easy, reliable digital tool to manage admin and appointments. This would maximize digital adoption and patient satisfaction!

What happened to that original app? The Induction App used to allow healthcare providers to view all essentials hospital phone hospitals paging/numbers across the UK. What happened?

It just wouldn't let me type anything anymore, for the last month or so. Keyboard keeps flickering. Totally unusable now. 1 star. Edit: after fiddling around with it for long just found out that allowing the app notification permission solves the keyboard glitch. Sounds ridiculous, but I am relieved that it's become usable again. Will up my rating to 3. A 5-star app if not for the annoying glitches and fussy login requirements.
