Ratings and reviews

This app is terrible, looks nice but doesn't work and causes unnecessary stress, failed to book messages and can't load my booked activities. Only at butlins for a few days so who wants to spend any amount of time having technical issues. Tried using the help chat but after repeatedly asking me if I on site it tells me it's currently not working. Also emailed the contact given but no reply. Had better luck on the butlins website to book activities for anyone else likely having issues.

Great to be able to see times of activities but as with everything else at Butlins it's very half hearted. No way to filter sold out activities out or filter to age groups. Online chat linked from the help never works even when on resort. Shame because it could be very good

Can not book shows or activities. There is no alternative other than this bad app. I have emailed the only contact they give, but no reply back to me. I'm guessing they wont care when I arrive. All this money spent yet no shows or activities for us to attend.
