Have tried all day to reset my password so that I can get into the app. None of their emails are coming through for some reason. I can receive them from HQ but have been completely unable to get any reset password emails through the app or through the company. Super frustrating! Apparently there is no tech support or anyone who can help me troubleshoot because they just keep giving me the same stock run around answers. Has anyone else had this problem?

It's now been 10weeks since the initial pex card request and honestly I'm done I had so much hope for this app but not anymore. I'm getting notifications for jobs. But I can't take any of them. Because I've never received the pex card. And I can't get in contact with anybody. And i've been trying to for over a year now.

Same issue as the previous review. Was getting tons of jobs showing up, but no PEX card to use. But when I did get the card and claimed jobs, they said I have claimed the job, but then disappeared from my view. Then it always said no jobs available. Then I had emails on my personal email account with a door code to the assignment. But the job I claimed didn't show up anywhere on my app with the address or job details. So now they have deactivated me for not doing a job I claimed.
