This app is really surprising! How could what appears to be an audio click sound influence the radio signal on my atomic clock? It did! One can immediately see the clock's antenna icon doing its searching thing. After several minutes, the clock's antenna icon stabilized. I removed my phone, and the clock still showed a full WWVB signal, whereas, before I started, the clock's antenna icon showed no signal, even with repeated manual resets Wow!

Honestly I Feel like I Discovered Fire after using this App. I just purchased an Atomic Timekeeping Clock and it wouldn't sync up no matter how much effort I put into it, been staying up all night into the morning and gave up. Started reading about WIFI clocks and GPS timekeeping clocks until I found a post on WWVB signal Emulator app, downloaded the app and just a minute my new wall clock was set but 2 seconds ahead my other Atomic Clock app. Does not let you choose a NIST Internet Time Server.

I really did not expect that this would work, but it did. I have a Citizens Blue Angels watch with the Eco drive, and I let it fully discharge. I tried to reset it manually, and it kept failing partway through. This app saved the day! I think I let it run for about 10m. If anyone else has this particular watch, hold the lower left pusher til the small dial at the bottom points at RX, put your phone next to the 9:00 marker a few inches away, and blast it at full volume in a quiet room.
