Spent many hours on this app, almost completed all unlocks including skins. I lost my phone, tried to sign in with my new one. Email and/or Password incorrect. Requested password reset. 2 days later, still waiting on that email to reset my password. Emailed support. Ha, no response. I literally cannot start over unlocking all those courses, the progress is even slower and the amount of ads for freebies is absurd. Imagine if i bought premium, without my account how will it be restored? oops!

The 40-second auto-resign timer doesn't work for my opponents. They rarely time out unless they "lose" internet connection. They can run down the clock for nearly 10 minutes without timing out. So that feature isn't working as intended. Also, sometimes I somehow accidentally touch a piece and it will move quickly before I've chosen where to move to. I've accidentally sacrificed several queens because of this. This is a glitch that causes accidental moves.

2025 Aug Was a great game until the most recent update. previously daily challenges vs the computer were a range of games from easy to hard or medium to hard. Also, when you won cards, you got to select the prize. Now there is no progressive play on the daily challenge (only one game of one strength level) and the cards are applied to a specific prize (not necessarily one you want). Dropping rating from 4 to 1.
