what the hell is that?? they gave me $0.27 USD as a new user to chose a device. but when i back to the main menu, the device didnt appear. i couldnt choose any device again bcs insufficient balance and the prev transaction that i did 1 SECOND ago wasnt show at all. luckily i didnt pay with a real money, but what if i do? will the balance that i buy will gone for a second too? is it a scam???

i can't play genshin when i started the app it works just fine but then i tried to download genshin in the device but the device keep getting kicked from the game and it keeps doing that when the in-game downloading process started. jp device anyway. is there anyway to stop that?

Very bad business strategy. When it's time to renew we can't renew because there's no promo for southeast Asia server. So we ended up not being able to renew after our cloud phone has expired. Renew should auto have promo discount. most apps do this.
