Horrible!!! You can't get through on the weekends with the Audio! They now use AT$T and it rips you off. When it goes off line it drains your minutes. I had 260 min and when it started working I had 0. If I didn't email them and let them know they wouldn't give me my minutes back! I'm fed up. I've spent a lot of money with these guys and it's nothing but problems

The tracker seems to work everywhere there is cell service. I haven't had any issues with that particularly. However, I pay for more dropped calls than anything!!!! You are charged for voice from the second you dial the number, it can take up to a minute before it even rings. The calls are dropped regularly! The sound quality is poor also when it comes to picking up a voice. Unless you have the tracker right under their nose you can't hear much. You get a lot of car/road noise.

I couldn't hear anything with the voice recorder on the GPS. It was extremely loud static and not much voice or clarity in conversations. The GPS box was located within 3 feet from their face, and you couldn't understand a thing they said, extremely frustrating. If I called and they were not driving, but in the truck talking, I could hear pretty much everything. If I called and did 10 minutes the app would take away double or more. You use 20 min they take 45 min. Didn't like that at all
